Sports day-
I did the eight hundred and i couldnt be bothered so when she passed me i just gave up it was stupid nd not like me but my mind toulk over insteda of my legs so i came 2nd
In the long jump i won the first jump and second but steeped over the line on my second so i had to use my first one which was rubbish and came 3rd
In the 200m i tried pretty hard because i wanted to do well in something and im not exactly the best sprinter so i ran hard and got in the final where i came 2nd last
In the shot put i stumbled and threw a very bad throw meaning i came 4th which i was annoyed at
in the 100m i thought i did good and they put people i beat in the final i think there timiing is pretty iffy but i couldnt be bothered fighting with the teachers so i let it go.
I came 2nd overal which i can live with but nxt year i will come 1st

We did the usual drills which i think are actually starting to improve my running now it also helps we have a brilliant coach. We did lots of strides to practice our posture we then did some bend running which was scary because they made us tilt really ar. We finnished of with the purple face drill where u hold ur braeth for certain times whilst u run.
