shoes: New balance running shoes

I did a warm up lap then jumping about then willie drove us 2 brathens and we did a 1km run then i did 3x400m which was death because i pushed so hard we then did some stretching before jogging back to willies car then drove bak 2 the track were we did strides and i felt rite up on my toes nd my pelvis was high nd my knees 2 which was great so just leg speed to work on now.

I did the usual warm up then 4 strides and i was feeling a lot taller nd straighter i then did 4 purple faces, 4 circular feet triple ups, 4 purple faces and 4 strides to finnish it was death because i dont usually mind purple faces but i died with eight.

wednesday night event balmedie -i walked most of it but sprinted the last control cause i had a really sore stomach and i think it benefited me because it was very technical i only made one mistake where i went in 2 early got confused and came bak out but apart from that it was clean.

WE did a warm up lap then the usual jumping about. Then I did 6 250m on the track then I did triple jump which is imposible but i think im getting the hang of it.
