Road Ride (As Transport) 50:00 [1]

To the Canoe club, park and to home. Then from the climbing gym to home on the bike that I left at the climbing gym. :)

Helped teach an intro to kayak course at the club --about half was on the water.

3 Sprint repeats up Mooneys -- attacked it from a different side.

The movement part of the class and jam

Self -Massage / Mobility 25:00 [0]

I went to an acro class and there was a jam, but I spent more time and effort working on mobility and unstiffening tissues so I"ll log that instead. Afterwards, I walked to the climbing gym to grab my bike and rode home.

Road Ride (As Transport) 50:00 [2]

All day long -- to yoga, to the canoe club, to the park, back to home and to climbing. Left my bike at the climbing gym and got a ride home as we went out afterwards and I lost the will to bike home with the huge drop in temp.

Paddling (Stand Up) 1:10:00 [1]

First instruction of the season! They are 1.5 hours -- but 70 minutes on the water, the rest w/u c/d, stroke instruction and hauling gear.

Shoulder Routine at Mooney's. I also did 3 Sprint repeats up the hill. The plan is to do this as often as I can since I will be there multiple times a week. The intervals themselves are short, but I will log it, and curious how much time I accumulate over the summer.

The sprint up is less than a minute, but I am counting the time to come down too. :-)

Errands run/walk to pick up a few items and on some trails on the way home. Saw a baby raccoon looking for its mama. :(

Met some friends for some indoor climbing - a guess as to how long I was moving. Really enjoying the difference I can feel in my shoulders when I climb.

Acro 45:00 intensity: (30:00 @2) + (15:00 @3)

1.5 hr class followed by an hour or so jam - and about 45 minutes of movement in total.

Shoulder bar work, a little acro with core emphasis..it will be interesting for me to log this stuff as I do a little scattered throughout the day. Maybe logging will help me streamline it more. :)

Parliament hill yoga...beautiful day in the sun, the class wasnt awesome but the atmosphere made up for it.

Gats loop plus riding to and fro and all of the other riding today.

P.S. I am apparently coming out of AR retirement. . Doing wilderness traverse! Stoked!

Bar work mostly at the playground. Also ran into slackliner friend and played for a bit. Considering I do a pistol to get on the line, i think strength qualifies for this activity even though suppleness is equally if not more important.
