I went to an acro class and there was a jam, but I spent more time and effort working on mobility and unstiffening tissues so I"ll log that instead. Afterwards, I walked to the climbing gym to grab my bike and rode home.
All day long -- to yoga, to the canoe club, to the park, back to home and to climbing. Left my bike at the climbing gym and got a ride home as we went out afterwards and I lost the will to bike home with the huge drop in temp.

Shoulder Routine at Mooney's. I also did 3 Sprint repeats up the hill. The plan is to do this as often as I can since I will be there multiple times a week. The intervals themselves are short, but I will log it, and curious how much time I accumulate over the summer.

Met some friends for some indoor climbing - a guess as to how long I was moving. Really enjoying the difference I can feel in my shoulders when I climb.
Shoulder bar work, a little acro with core emphasis..it will be interesting for me to log this stuff as I do a little scattered throughout the day. Maybe logging will help me streamline it more. :)
Bar work mostly at the playground. Also ran into slackliner friend and played for a bit. Considering I do a pistol to get on the line, i think strength qualifies for this activity even though suppleness is equally if not more important.
