Easy ranmore + thru black gate run
felt good
knee didnt hurt except at the end as i came around the corner to come down the hill. By the time i reached home it had stopped hurting

then did some strides
and alittle core on the track

Knee didnt hurt :) good felt good going fast

had to stop because bone just bellow left knee really hurt when i put pressure on it. Tried to warm down had to come back because it hurt too much :( S says that it is propably OSGOOD-SHLATTERS

Easy ranmore run but carried on up other side of valley and back past where mum broke her leg, through black gate and through polsden
