- chin ups (3 sets)
- suspended leg push ups (3 sets)
- arm extensions (3 sets)

Ultimo/ Adcorp Office down to The Rocks on Sussex Street. Then 12 large stair climbs and then run back to office.

Training with Trent. 15kg vest and then:
- Push ups on medicine ball
- Burpee, pushup and then throw medicine ball in air
- Push up with feet suspended
- Medicine ball arm lifts
- Medicine ball overhead raises

Ran from home to Como Pleasure Grounds. Did 22 stair sprints and then ran home again.

Saturday Apr 25, 2009 #

riding long 1:30 [3] * 55.0 km (2 / km)

Ride from Sutherland, out Princes Hwy to Waterfall. Round the Royal National Park and up steep incline from Audley Weir. Back to Sutherland. Was tired and hungover - suffered badly.
