calfs kept tightening up during session maybe something to do with first bball training yesterday
felt pretty good after just stiff calfs
found a pretty massive blister on my right foot arch when i got home as well

run up and around kings park
started off slowly bit stiff/sore but got going once under the train line running through subi.
Felt pretty good after first k or so and kept about ~4:30 pace although garmin accuracy was pretty low.
Fine rest of the way through and felt ok going back up the hill to top of kings park at the end.
