Kayak race 3:15:00 [3] 12.0 mi (16:15 / mi)
shoes: Teva X-1 Evolution

Flat water river paddle from the Ulster County Fairgrounds to Flat Cat Canoe Ramp. One option CP along the way had us immediately knee deep in poison ivy. I think they cultivate it down there. Brown water and not very exciting. Careful what you wish for....

Mountain Biking.Trail race 3:00:00 [4] 35.0 mi (5:09 / mi)

Interesting tecnical trails mixed in with very rideable jeep roads and lots of paved roads. The boys scared up a bear, but I didn't get to see it.

Orienteering race 45:00 [3] 3.0 mi (15:00 / mi)
shoes: Teva X-1

Followed FnJoe around while he punched three controls then the Staples "Easy Button"

Mountain Bike.Roads race 1:30:00 [3] 11.0 mi (8:11 / mi)

Bike from O Course to mystery paddle section. Surprised it took this long, but that is what Jason (JayXC) said...

Road Cycling 50:00 [3] 15.0 mi (3:20 / mi)

That kind of a day- no time for real training but the taper is good. Right?

Trail Running 50:00 [3] 6.0 mi (8:20 / mi)
shoes: Teva X-1

Lunch run with BB. Good race. Found a new trail. BB showed me how to use the new Garmin 405 a bit. Not doing too much with The Longest Day and Night 27 hour AR this weekend

Trail Running 50:00 [2] 5.64 mi (8:52 / mi)

Easy, laidback recovery run with Garry and Rick from work. very relaxed pace until the last two miles when they started talking politics and garry picked up the pace, perhaps out of anxienty or perhaps to put Rick inot respiratory distress so he couldn't continue to express points that conflicted with Garry's perspective. Ooh wee, check out the elevation profile on this run! Flat as a pancake. http://www.mapmyrun.com/route/us/nh/peterborough/6...

Oh, when we got back the Dunkin Donuts "You Kin Do It" truck was in the drive giving out free iced lattes. MMmmmmocha

Eating 30:00 [3] 0.0 mi

Spicy Chicken Roll-Your-Owns at Pearl. Four sets of 1 roll each.

Road Cycling 1:00:00 [4] 17.4 mi (3:27 / mi)

Actually, didn't watch time but it was more so less and hour. Windy today but not like yesterday. Have I mentioned how bad that sucked? Actually felt really good. Rode with SH and we duked it out for a few extended periods. Worked hard and rode well, but he still got the King of the Hill title. Here is the ride, http://www.mapmyrun.com/route/us/nh/peterborough/3...

Road Cycling 1:05:00 [4] 19.5 mi (3:20 / mi)

Led an all women's ride tonight since I could use a nice easy spin. One woman showed for the fast group and I couldn't drop her no matter how hard I tried. Actually, she couldn't quite keep up on big hills, but since there was only one I only got that thrill once. Everything else, boom, there she was. So much for my recovery ride. Anywho, here is the loop we did, http://www.mapmyrun.com/ride/united-states/nh/-pet...
