CycloCross Dirt Road Ride 1:30:00 [3] 15.0 mi (6:00 / mi)

TL and I drove up to Mountain Pond Road between Dixville Notch and Errol to ride the back country dirt roads on our cross bikes. Only got to ride for about and hour and a half, but it's so pretty up there. Will go back to do it again. Great alternative to road riding.

Trail Run/Speed Hike Combo 8:30:00 [3] 26.3 mi (19:23 / mi)
shoes: Teva X-1

From Lincoln Woods, did the counterclockwise loop up through the bonds (including West Bond) to Galehead Hut and then back down through the Pemi Wilderness on Twin Brook Trail to Hell Gate then home for a beer while sitting in the river to cool the legs. Didn't do it for speed, but time on the legs. We dawdled a couple of times to talke photos or eat chocolate pit at Galehead Hut, but while we were moving we went along at a good pace.

Trail Running 1:15:00 [2] 7.0 mi (10:43 / mi)
shoes: Teva X-1 Evolution

Real easy run with Buddy the Dog in Casalis. Cool, but really humid. Tried the shoes with the new Sole inserts. No change noticed which is a good thing. Actually was out longer but did a lot of trail clean up in a couple places. Rivers were running really high and it was gorgeous in there. Found lots of moose droppings on an old trail I found and did some clean up on

Trail Running 1:00:00 [3] 6.5 mi (9:14 / mi)
shoes: Teva X-1 Evolution

Trail run with SH. Tried the Teva's with the new Sole footbeds. Did fine with them. Legs felt pretty dead today- not tired, just sluggish, but picked up pace towards the end. New trails today at Sargent Center (http://www.bu.edu/outdoor/conferences/pdfs/summert...). This is an approximation of the route, http://www.mapmyrun.com/route/us/nh/hancock/583124... and I'm rounding up to 6.5 miles to accomodate all the zigzagging that freehand MapMyRun can't handle. Pretty flat area as local runs go

Road Cycling 2:25:00 [3] 41.86 mi (3:28 / mi)

Road ride with The Kid. Not a hard ride-he especially falls off the pace on the hills, but he continues to get stronger. It was a nice spin; not too hard, not too easy, and maybe just enough time and miles in the saddle to keep me ahead of that Jayxc dude.

Road Cycling 1:34:00 [4] 30.89 mi (3:03 / mi)

Rode with M, M and I. Tried to both push it a bit and focus on technique. Not a hilly ride. Bike needs some adjustment. Here is the ride, http://www.mapmyrun.com/route/us/nh/peterborough/9...

Hiking 50:00 [2] 2.9 mi (17:15 / mi)
shoes: Teva X-1 Evolution

Hiked up the Marion Davis trail to the top of Pack Monadnock last night with CC and PJ and Buddy the Dog. Decent pace going up- closer to a 3 perhaps for a good part of it, then they got tired so let's call it a 2. Then we walked down the auto road. Never needed to pull out t he headlamps due to good natural light.
