Swim-Open Water race 33:00 [3] 0.93 mi (35:29 / mi)

Lobsterman Triathlon. Still tired from ironman, but figured it would be good training. Getting into Casco Bay in a sleeveless wetsuit was an exercise in character building. This swim was freakin; endless and I didn't think I swam that badly (for me) , but my time tells a different story. My hands were so cold by the end that I couldn't keep the fingers on my left hand together. My TA to the bike was longgggg because I couldn't get my damned arm warmers pulled onto my wet arms. But I was glad I had them- I was cold.

Road Cycling race 1:20:19 [3] 24.7 mi (3:15 / mi)

Bike leg was hilly and I passed a ton of people, but my time still wasn't as fast as I would have liked (18.45 mph). I think I doze off a bit at thhis distance and don't stay as focused on the push, but it was probably fine as my legs were tired by the time I got to the run. Good wind out ont he bike but luckily nothing like the ironman.

Road Running race 49:01 [4] 6.2 mi (7:54 / mi)
shoes: Addidas Racing Flats

TA from bike to run was much better. Legs were tired but I think I've gotten better at keeping the turnover pace going off the bike. 7:54pace. Had to slow to drink a lot on the run at aid stations as I had dropped my bottle on the bike so I was thirsty. Final time of 2:47:43. 36th female out of 193 women starters, 5th of 22 in age group. Didn't set the world on fire, but it was fine.

Road Cycling 1:10:00 [3] 5.24 mi (13:22 / mi)

This is just an estimate. I think it's longer, but had to draw lines in for the trails. There is one big hill that didn't come in so I must be off. But it's close. Anyway, ran with The Kid and Buddy the Dog. We finished with headlamps. http://www.mapmyrun.com/route/us/nh/peterborough/4...

Trail Running 1:04:00 [3] 7.0 mi (9:09 / mi)

Nice run with SH. First run since the IM a week ago Sunday. Recovery (slacker) week is over. Actually felt pretty good. Time to get back at it.

Road Cycling 2:00:00 [3] 30.0 mi (4:00 / mi) +438m 3:50 / mi

Some good pushes in here of pace and nice hills, but had a flat and some tired people to slow down for. All good.
