| I ran my first Blue course at the Return to the Water Gap Meet. The maps were awesome and the climb was tough. I learned a ton and look forward to next seasons A meets. |

| Ran tempo at dusk. I didn't do too many because of the Water Gap Meet this weekend. It felt good to run in the dark. I had to lift my feet higher.It felt like running in the woods. |

| Went on a run up around Pete's hill. I would like to run longer but I can't because of class time. Wednesday seems like a good day for a longer run. |

| I did the 180 test on the maffetone program to see how I have improved over the mast two months or so. I have improved greatly since then, by more than a minute on the first mile, and by two and half in the fourth mile. I am very pleased with my progress. |
