U20 european trial.
It turned out only one other girl showed, and Gerry our team manager for Germany decided that it would be better if we ran hard, but together. Didnt feel that great running though. Think ive made the Austria team though! :)

Had a rest after tuesdays sesh and not having a heavy week because of saturday. Went to watch the race with a few friends at the track.. :)

Session at MPeters. Kerry is away at altitude training in France, so Wendy took us this evening. Only me and Sasha there as the others are racing tomorrowl.

Ran 12x300 with 60sec recovery.
Was alright, got pretty tired by the end of the session.
