Early morning hill session with Peter. Feeling yesterday big time! Legs were not feeling fresh at all. Total session was about 45mins including warm up/down plus recoveries.

Jog recoveries

Very tired by the end of the session. But feeling good for having done it :)

Pre-gym run. Was feeling very tired and heavy so did a pretty easy run! Didn't run for as long as we usually do- only did 40mins but then did some dynamics on the track

Gym session- feeling very tired and hungry by the end but got through it!!

Netball (Netball match) 40:00 [4]

Got roped into playing for the netball team at the last minute! Pretty fast match and lots of fun but my legs were feeling it by the end!

Easy run after BUCS to test my ankle. Feeling a wee bit sore so lots of icing after. Apart from my ankle not feeling too bad.
