me: I'd rate it as superb!

And it truly was probably the ebst class in a very long time and she gives some beauties.
She tried something new - I'm going to call it a caterpillar - 2 rows of steps across the room. Start activity was 10 seconds each of various activities then move down the line to next step - that was a LOT of fun.
Second round we had a partner beside us and a different partner opposite us.
Activities were based around shuttles of various activities between partners. Worked a treat and very different.
Basically 60 mins of Intervals except for 5 mins mid way for Abs - again different.
Felt so motivated and really good and I suppose I should report that I had second fastest time for the Toe tap/run/lunge jumps/run of 20/50/20/40/20/30/20/20/20/10.
Improved also from 2:30 to 2:12 on the Step up/Squat jump 10/10/10/8/10/6/10/4/10/2.
One thing very notable we went to the end of the line rather than the spike back to start ie finished at 2 rather than redoing 10. That certainly won her some friends.
