New shoes on, so i felt I had to impress them.
Class routine written on board looked extremely uninviting but settled in and felt strongest in a while.

dead lift (heavy)

600m run. (I only got to do 400m before time ran out) Really pleased with output today and felt the benefit of new shoes.
Think I'll have to retire the running shoes too.
