A few bandaids were ripped off today. Deb, for whatever reason, has taken it upon herself to set up for some of us before the class, noting our preferred weights. Today I walked in and saw in "my" spot a set of weights, dumbells and bar that wasn't my usual. Not to worry - but no, she'd decided I was going up by 1.5kg x2 for chest and back and by 1kg for biceps and triceps and shoulders. I hastily set up a separate bar with the old weights on just in case - but I didn't need it! Only missed maybe 2 reps in total. Going to have to watch her - she's talking about another 1kgx2 for back.
