A very tough class, and I didn't listen about taking it easier should i need to.

EMOM, but given 15 sec warning of change if need a break

25 Lying leaps
20 walking lunges
100 mountain climbers (I did standing on bike instead)
12 burpees
5 rounds. I managed to get to target number in each category in last round.
Abs - I was hopeless - legs vertical for a start, crunching to ankles I can do, scissors I can do, but not with legs vertical.
