While driving to Sydney yesterday with junior junior to collect my NEW furniture I reflected that I'd be doing the same journey in less than a week's time. But then I realised a massive fail: Tour de LHI begins in a week and I have done exactly 1 practice session since NYD. There goes that resolution... and within the next 5 days I have to condition my bike muscles, or more importantly bottom/seat, muscles.
