Park Run (Fingal Bay) 34:49 [5] 5.0 km (6:58 / km)
shoes: bright pink

Nice course - flat ground but undulating. Nice atmosphere.
so now the rankings are:
Callaghan (very interesting, small, no dogs), Fingal Bay (sheltered and somewhat interesting), Lakeview (some shelter, some long drags, nice people), Newy (hot and open, long boring stretches, nice people).

Note

Stress Test - as hoped for - nothing untoward found. some anomolies in the scan but dr seemed unworried. At least no pacemaker needed. BP good, HR still 'really' low but got to required 85%. All over too quickly for me to log as 'doing something'. Oh that's right I'm on holidays.

street run (Swansea) 30:00 [4]
shoes: bright pink

Yes it is a 45 mins event but I had 13 minutes "off map" - ie pit stop so while time in results is just under 44 mins I was really only "there" for 30.
AND the very disappointing thing is that Alex got 47 points in 44 mins, I got 20 in 30 and would have romped in on the goal of 50% had i had full allocation available. Body all out of whack with late meals, late nights, odd food. But I did enjoy the run - hoping for good news Friday. I feel well, once I get warmed up. rockman piked, chest twinges worrying him - or is he saving himself for anniversary banquet tonight?
