gym class (Body Sculpt) 1:00:00 [4]
shoes: bright pink

Very clear delineation of which areas of body were being targetted during which sections - full on. The class wasn't clunky, just really focussed and very little compound exercises. Did the Easiest version of Sally Goes Up Sally Goes Down and regretted it later - didn't realise. I think the people doing the Caost Classic at the weekend will need a leg loosener tomorrow otherwise they WILL be in struggle street. No one doing Hounslow Classic from gym - too many similar events happening.

walking (Drummoyne Street Series) 1:23:00 [2]
shoes: bright pink

Event 1 of the select group Drummoyne Street Series. First event entries rockman, Princess Astrid and tinytoes. rockman did the Short course today. Princess Astrid found several clues (via a squeal), tinytoes noted power pole numbers and outstanding letter boxes. Home just before course closure of 90 min due to promise to Princess Astrid's mother that we wouldn't be late (meaning not so that Princess Astrrid would be ravenous). We stopped briefly near the pool (pit stop for tinytoes and rockman held the fort/pram) and in Montague Park - a clue anyway - for photo opportunity.

walking (food gathering) 30:00 [1]

To and from bakery avec Astrid and to and from IGA sans Astrid.

And a bit... all lawns mowed, all edges done, all swept, some more planting - last for a while, moved half cubic metre of mulch about 4m before spreading - very sweaty time this!!! oh and chook chasing.
