Squats, push press, clean and press, bicep curls
1 min bike full pelt, 10 burpees, 20 squat jumps
I can see th structure but the boredom was paramount. I decided to change the overheads in Stage 3 with rows and dead lifts - I'd had enough of overheads by then.
Got my form checked and all good - so that's fine.
