7 AM

warm up/down 12:00 [1]
shoes: grey/white

A mix of run and walk but selected hills to maximise the time.
8 AM

Park Run 41:45 [4] 5.0 km (8:21 / km)
shoes: grey/white

Lacking confidence. Lots of new people there today including a large contingent of uni students. Noticed conference set up so suspect it was part thereof.
S-DMW - 12:25 big improvement on last week
DMW-T - 7:53
T-DMW - 7:04 - bit of a slip up here
DMW-F - 14:22 a bit slower than last week - again
Felt I had a bit more fight in me this week in the first half at least. Last sector was an :easy to give in" feeling. Again, surprisingly no mozzies. Nice chat afterwards. Martina there.
The diversion uphill will be in place for a very long time with the regen and building work.

Gym5 (treadmill - L1) 30:08 [4] 5.0 km (6:02 / km)
ahr:137 max:180 shoes: white puma

Set as base level. Certainly agree with tRicky that treadmills are incredibly inaccurate but if I use the same one each time I can compare.

gym class (Body Pump) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: white puma

Good class - felt in control all the way through. I surprised myself by using bar for all the shoulders track - rather than some bar and some hand weights.
We had a group of assisted living people from Clear Sky in today - they thoroughly enjoyed their first foray into Body Pump. Carers were very good.

Street Series (Warabrook Wetlands) 44:27 [4] 4.6 km (9:40 / km)
shoes: grey/white

Overcast and cool so really good conditions. I'd forgotten how many subtle hills there are in this part of Mayfield. Just a section of full map and a really disjointed lot it was - needing a skillful approach to maximise points. I didn't quite get it right but salvaged some much needed points towards the end with an adventurous change of plan. 24 points and not late!

gym class (Body Pump) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: white puma

So much better today after my mental health day yesterday with school friend - lots of laughs, solved some world issues (not political issues - they are beyond us), shared some stories.

gym class (Cross Trainer) 1:00:00 [5]
shoes: white puma

Probably the most intense class I've ever done - not sure I am at full capacity - still struggling mentally.

Event (Rathmines - Presentation) 32:32 [1] 2.8 km (11:37 / km)
shoes: grey/white

After morning's activities at rockman's family home clearing out some more we were faced with a very hot drive to Rathmines and a very hot greeting, plus windy to boot. Playing a small role in presentation so didn't want to get hot and flustered hence opted for the Short course rather than the Easy or the Long. Nice cruisy courses as is the requirement for the Club presentation. This was one to remember - with just 3 awards to go (my speech as one) the southerly change came through, blowing away much of the paper goods and lots of other objects. Sadly the traditional club Christmas cake which was put in its container at 2:30am this morning by rockman went uncut as everybody ran for shelter at the conclusion of the awards. Maybe take some to Wedensday's Street series event but not sure of how it will be by then. (or how much rockman hasn't consumed) Might take some to trudger in his care home. Feel like I need a Rest Day but none in sight.
