Note

Launch of permanent course at Brickworks Park Wallsend - sourced and planned by rockman. It's wended its way through the suggestion process, planning process, council grant process, $ for $ negotiations, a number of hospitalisations, a family death, chemo, council personnel changes too numerous to tally (maybe 10?)... but finally up. rockman has been steadfast in his determination to get this up and running. That's my wonderful husband.

(sick) shoes: black+blue

Very controlled walk the speed of which didn't alter much throughout and I certainly enjoyed looking around. Started out just in front of tailwalkers but over took a group of 4 and someone else who then started to run, possibly with shock.
Felt better this morning but still only functioning at about 25%.

Less coughing, more interest in food but that's a passing fad when it actually arrives. Still only interested in pineapple and 2 minute noodles.

Did a couple of tests this morning to gauge my progress. My reaction/organisational tests speeds were very low and very poor.. I went for a drive - carefully - to engravers but didn't feel the urge to get out of the car for a walk in the sun.
Verdict: some improvement but still way below functioning level.

Now to the stage of not being able to sleep because of no physical activity and too much mental activity to be done. Only 12 days to Newcastle Shorts. Bring on equilibrium.
