Cool but clear. Probably a fairly quiet newy but leading the way was Andrew McLeod still home from Spain for a few weeks.

First use of map - very benign and the event 2 weeks ago set me up really well. Was slightly confused leaving the Start triangle and wimped out by following tapes to major track but then happy after that. I doubted myself between 4 and 5 and had I kept on bearing I would have spiked it but went down dry ditch and made 2 sides of the triangle. Not quite sure what some people did in some places - maybe they took it too easy mentally.
Happy with day - no problems

New release and a much better offering than the last one.I thought I'd be a bit heisitant to retain heavier weights for some tracks but managed it - almost. Quite happy with this one and pleased for a bit of extension. Surrounded today by the boys - Pete and Stuart and Pete's mate who was pushing some serious weights.

Good solid class. Opted for second longest run, which was to be interspersed with 3 groups of 15 squat jumps at a time of our choosing. I didn't really want the distraction of stopping so spread them out as far as I cold so as to maximise run time. Ended up doing one set in room.
