4th Birthday for Callaghan and a beautiful day for it too which was the main reason for going. Laryngitis well in evidence and feeling lousy so slow walk for me. But I really like this new diversion which will be in place for quite some time with renos on Maths building. Big turn out - lots of waving from me.

Stress Test #3 this time I managed to produce "result" - got further than previously but not quite as far as I wanted. Retain my views on the standard Stress Test - this is what you will do... but that doesn't produce my symptoms... then you are FINE. NO I'm NOT.
Anyways got HR up to184 without problems but then couldn't hold the gradient so didn't get to the tipping point but enough of an indication of the probable cause of "turns".
Consequences - back to GP to decide whether i just not push so hard and avoid issues or go onto medication to "negate" the side effects and push if I want or need to.

This was more challenging than last week's efforts. Decided en route that should a run be on offer, I'd politely decline. When Upper Body was the theme I thought I was safe - nup! So instead headed to Cross Trainer and belted out some metres. They seem to be appearing a bit faster than 2 months ago. :-)) and more easily too.
