Park Run (Blackbutt) 45:44 [3] 5.0 km (9:09 / km)
ahr:119 max:153 rhr:39 shoes: black+blue

Assumed parkrun would be on, despite the wind. Blue gum Hills cancelled. Wore HRM to see what I do and when. couple of surprises. Almost kept it below 150. Took some sort of intermediate readings. Think I started off fairly well but found it better to run on the last downhill as lots of grit due to recent rain and walking was more like slipping.
18:14 - RHS
8:04 - Turn around cone
10:19 - start of downhill
9:07 - grass finish area.
A few extended periods of 140s but pulled the pin at 150, until it got to under 140 then off again. Surprised that even on downhill I could get to 150s.
Happy to be out and protected from wind mostly.

gym replacement activity (lifting) 10:00 [4]
shoes: grey/white

Move 100kg of white pebbles from carport DOWNHILL to courtyard, albeit in 20kg bags. Good weight training for lifting Astrid who is well over 25kg but more inclined to help with the lifting process.

Warm up weight is really feeling a lot like a warm up weight.

gym class (PF Challenge) 1:00:00 [4]
shoes: white puma

First time a very long while that I've been able to go to this class timeslot - illness, medical, Astrid playtime - so was interested to see how I'd fare.
Not too bad and even though the name has changed the intent hasn't. I think my hammies will be calling tomorrow. Managed to respond appropriately (I think) to all instructor's commands - ears blocked and on way to doctor's for water blasting.

Field checking park before I send off maps to be printed for 2 CATI school days - after my school reunion.
