A day of changes. Was happy to see rain and love walking in the rain; dislike running in the rain; love orienteering in the rain. Was going to lakeview for a lovely walk in the rain, but with Junior coming this morning I decided en route to not go to lakeview - a walk in the rain is a walk in the rain and the closest is newy. Except it didn't rain! Had firmly placed in my mind it was just a walk and breakfast hadn't gone far enough so a walk it was. Not as fast as previously, but goodly pace.

Early class due to important primary school reunion.Cardio at low level but strength absolutely not! So pleased that the abdominal cramping overnight dissipated - allaying my unfounded fears. Silly me - didn't recognise ab lactic after classes. NOW I do.

Flat course at last and oodles of points in a logical string. Very happy with today's event - thanks Adrian for clear and interesting clues. Achieved a rare >50% plus I was under time. seems like I have to have a 2 hour wake up during the early hours, spend an hour fretting about unexplained strong pain, early gym session when brekkie not digested, sit around for the bulk of the day talking about primary school antics and people who aren't with us any longer. Closest I've been to BeeBee too. Happy days.

Pleased to be last person standing in the "don't stop until you drop", but she did put a time limit of 1 min. It seems my burpee condition has improved at fair bit. Rest of class was pretty solid without the absolute gut wrenching highs.
