Supervising little Miss 4 on scooter so a bit of quick - quick- slow. But then we parted ways and she returned (with her father) to home and upped the pace.

Iron Cove Bay track/Pitt St. Lots of people out. Weather cloudy and temp beaut. Love this walk, though tinged with sadness as I first did it in Nov 2014.

Very straight forward but the very good thing was that I was feeling good running and did quite a few long legs. Just shows how I can feel if I don't go to the gym and mow the lawn beforehand. Coronavirus measures seemed to be working well, unlike the finish computer which itself was off colour and spat out some silly results.
