Feeling very flat. Going to work on recovery this weekend. Shoulder seems to be recovering but now neck seems unduly tight. Just feeling blah.

Planned golf course circumnavigation scrapped due to sloth. Lovely afternoon but inertia struck. Feeling guilty hopped on bike instead while dinner was simmering on a very low heat.

Tight left shoulder with unexplained /unidentified cause. Hoped a few reps would help to iron out the kinks. Discomfort has increased during the day, so I am thinking it could have been lactic from Strength from a couple of days ago

Very pleased i tackled this as I need to start to push and exposing myself to hills is a good start. did a long stretch of running, which was both surprising and very gratifying. Saw lots of others walking through the Reserve. A startling number of young children appeared at the playground between my start and finish.
