Called a pyramid but more like a ladder leaning against a wall.

Can't remember which was which but somewhere in there were,
push ups (40), high knees (100), rows (20), "over the tops" (60) biceps curls (50), triceps/overheads, burpees (30) and other stuff squats?
Really good session.

Faster than expected - walk and talk but quite pleasant. Did the Lake Loop Walk - which surprised me. Really hoping to get access to there for Newcastle Shorts... one day.

Seeing it was there right in front of me took the opportunity to do a (not) parkrun at Walka Waterworks. so after the morning stroll and "morning" tea I farewelled the others and took off. Still managed to get the requisite amount of grit in my shoes. Quite flat but a few rolling hills. Weather perfect, but still the home straight across the spillway was chilly.
