Yes this was the hardest class ever but in a good way and an enjoyable experience.
Warm up 10 min
40 sec on 20 off
Cardio for 12 rounds
Strength for 8 rounds

Skipped out early to get to an 11am meeting. The person who nominated the time was 35min late - "oh I was at the other campus taking some pictures" urgh Well I'm leaving at 12 as I have a concrete pour at 12:30. Oh really?

Officially the hardest class I have ever done. All 50 reps or 400m run which I swapped out for 1km cycle trying to save legs for this afternoon. Last bundle of shoulder press I couldn't complete and changed to biceps curls - left shoulder a little sore after previous section of overheads, push press, and clean and press.
This afternoon's Street Series is going to hurt a lot. Very poor sleep currently and feeling very drained - possibly too much adrenalin.

A very frustrating course - seemed like islands of points but the linkage of the islands was quite a challenge. I think fast people maybe went linearly rather than going into the islands - will be interesting to analyse their routes - loving maprunF.

While I've done this release dozens of times today felt like it was meant to be. Let off a lot of steam both physically and vocally and felt good afterwards.
