8 AM

Park Run (Fingal Bay) 44:52 [3] 5.0 km (8:58 / km)
shoes: black+blue

Rainy but keen for an attendance. Path is quite mucky in parts so I was very wary and in some parts where the new pebblecrete was down extra careful - Love walking in the rain and so just walked - but pushed when i could. COVID19 start formation meant it took a while to cross the start. Nice vibe as always at Fingal - lots of running shirts! Talking to previous RD just after and during conversation glanced at his watch - "yep can't seem to shake the ESP of when it is 9:00."

gym class (PF Challenge) 50:00 [4]
shoes: Brooks Glycerin

Rather depressing start to session - couldn't manage a 200m run without a struggle, but came good later. Cannot understand why I can be reasonable one week and cactus the next. Small soreness on R knee - or maybe I was searching for a (lame) excuse.
6 PM

Street Series (#17 Lambton) 47:38 [3] 4.9 km (9:43 / km)
shoes: grey/white

I could barely make a fast walk reflecting 3 tough days of gym and 2 tough days of landscaping - lifting and carrying and a lot of deep squatting. Was very happy gathering points but underestimated the last little "just this one" which was worth 60 points but ended up losing 90. Think the next 4 days R+R will be beneficial and hopefully can pop a parkrun in there somehow.

gym class (Body Pump) 1:03:00 [4]
shoes: Brooks Glycerin

There's no going back now - retained heavier weights for chest and back but went up big time in biceps - suggested could have a go at +1kg but I did +1.5 (x2). Felt it but made it all the way.
7 PM

gym class (Zumba) 45:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Glycerin

The REAL instructor is in the house - woo! Are we all here? Woo! is everything Woo! yeah! Certainly a very different vibe from previous weeks and the class size was approximately x5.Was lively and fun but the woo! is a bit much.

gym class (PF Challenge) 45:00 [4]

All on high impact and knees. I don't think I'll welcome that Matrix again. Like the concept but all knees was a bit savage.
