Event (UFO#4 Richley Reserve) 36:50 [3] 2.9 km (12:42 / km)

Forget this urban stuff - this was pretty much full on bush. The nav was straight forward and yes there were track options but where permitted most people were going off track. Great to be able to access this gem of an area and Ian D did a god job of the map.
Had a less than ideal run - as it used a lot of the parkrun area I seemed to be going uphill where normally at parkrun it would be down - and that didn't mess with my mind so much as my motivation. Second issue was a wardrobe malfunction - it appears the waist of the O pants is larger than my waist. I'd hoped having gaiters on might help to stoop the droop, but it didn't.
Light was suboptimal - how anybody coped after 5:45 I don't know. The details mapped in the playground area plus circles and numbers resulted in a very jumbled representation. Think I'm still a bit tired and a little stressed.
Presentation for Street and Urban after. True rain held off until I got out of the car in the carport.
Sad to see the end of our Wednesday nights - Night Champs next week after AEDST departs. My consolation is that I can go to 2 Body Attack classes each week now - until they wake up and realise the Tuesday class isn't viable.

8 AM

walking 15:00 [1]
shoes: Brooks Glycerin

From autoelectrician to gym in the rain
9 AM

gym class (Body Pump) 58:00 [4]
shoes: Brooks Glycerin

Really struggling - am exhausted and sullen and have too much going on in my world.
10 AM

gym class (Body Attack) 45:00 [5]
shoes: Brooks Glycerin

Good class for my mind as I have no option but to concentrate.
11 AM

massage (Hydrobed) 11:00 [2]

Got a bonus minute! Tried to focus on the enjoyment and not allow my mind to drift back to
1 moving furniture to give painters access to walls
2 washing everything after the floor sanding as I come across it while moving stuff for painters.
3 what is actually amiss with the car to prompt lights to come on in the warning division
4 how to best support my beautiful son who is in agony and feels so betrayed

and the priorities change from hour to hour.
12 PM

walking 15:00 [2]

Gym to autoelectrician who confirms that the problem is not electrical and is the responsibility of the dealer/manufacturer.
Now back to mechanic who then advises me to have it out with dealer. He feels I have a strong case for Fair Trading if necessary. I'm not looking forward to this!
5 PM

gym class (Booty and Core) 50:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks Glycerin

Not the most interesting of classes and to boot it started early - 6 of us were "late" so we came in scrambling to find a spot for the endless step ups onto the stage.

9 AM

gym class (HIIT Strength) 55:00 [5]
shoes: Brooks Glycerin

The hardest class ever and not because of a lesser fitness level.
Warm up
50 reps each of 20 different exercises grouped in 3s focussing on legs then upper body then cardio up to 900 then the last was 100 reps shoulder taps from plank position.
Between each 50 there was a 30 sec plank except after the burpees which we could actually have a 30 sec rest.
I was weary going in - full on 3 days officiating at the awe inspiring Aus MTBO Champs - as Start official then poor night's sleep fretting over the start this morning of 3 weeks of chaos with 4 men here painting the interior of the house.
Now out to buy a fridge.
