It did feel good to be back "home", enjoying my own lake-forest-hilly- quiet -no dog parkrun.
I did the odd few hundred metres of jogging which also felt good.

Went to the event with the specific intent of doing Rego. Achieved, though I felt very wimpish as not a drop of the forecast deluge occurred. Just giving myself a "break" in routine.
