Needing to keep biopsy dressings dry until at least Monday, and as it was raining when I woke to go to parkrun I decided rolling over was the path to take. Lovely sleep in for another 90 minutes.

time went quickly - a mix of band, barre, pump and Step. Seems like a smorgasbord but more like a stew.

Tina stepped in for Deb. Pump on non-stop schedule with her gets everything done very quickly and makes for tired limbs.

Great class from Clare and she got the sound balance right this time too. she however was a "fail" at wallsit etiquette which silvereyes informed her of. We had to do 1 min? I mean that's hardly worth going over to the wall. So we did 5 - which Clare was impressed by. Told her/them I'm now moving to 1 legged wallsits from now on. Was given some new music to explore for wallsitting training. Sort of feel a bit sneaky "training" but gives me something to do as a challenge.
