Ran the Salt loop. The middle 3 miles were a great time and very consistent. The bit along main was slower but that always is. Legs loose from biking yesterday and I look forward to stretching really well tomorrow. Also, drinking tea isn't a good idea right before a run, stomach was weird in the beginning. Focus on running first mile quicker and breathing thoughout next run, I'm always at 2/2 which really isn't ideal, Try 2/3 next run perhaps?
