Biking (Family) 45:00 [3] 10.0 mi (4:30 / mi)

Nice ride with Dad. Usual loop. good day for it. knee felt alright.

Running (Treadmill) 23:17 [3] 3.0 mi (7:46 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Ride

On a treadmill, no fun at all. Felt way faster than it was. trying to keep a little bit of running with the knee, and treadmills have a bit less impact.

YMCA (Yoga) 1:15:00 [4]

This lady was completely crazy. But it was a realyl good session and I feel stretched after the run. Also, stabilized, and my knee is building strength, less wiggling in balence poses.

YMCA (Pilates) 45:00 [3]

Nice core work out. Taking a day off the knee, this was good balence. Hips sore from yesterday also.

Running (Treadmill) 29:30 [4] 4.0 mi (7:23 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Ride

Ran on a treadmill before Yoga, Not too bad of a run, although my knee did start to feel it near the end, will probably feel that one tomorrw too. But overall, pretty decent if you must be on a treadmill.

YMCA (Yoga) 1:00:00 [3]

This was a really good class. Especially after the run. Running helped muscles stay warm, and this stretched well. Feel incredible, but know that my knee might not tomorrow.

Biking (Cycling) 1:00:00 [3] 13.0 mi (4:37 / mi)

Cycling class. Good legs muscle work. Not strenuous on knees which is great. nice transition back into cardio after injury.
