Was planning to do more today but ran out of time, and only just managed to squeeze in a gym visit. dissapointing but there was no one there so i could move around to different machines quicker.

weights again. can feel them gradually getting easier

Open day at the gym. did some treadmill running and intervals pushed it pretty hard but i hadn't eaten in a while so eventually i ran out of energy

did the usual weights and tried out a few more machines. most of em sucked but some were ok. am going to have to ditch the leg weights cause they cause too much trauma to my knee

Ran my normal route. Time and distance are just an estimation cause my garmin died after about one kilometre. was probably a bit quicker, i was goin pretty hard.

Extended my usual night run route by about two kilometers up into tenambit. didn't feel much worse at the end than i do on a normal lenth run. pace was not too bad, could have been a bit quicker.

Went to the gym which was a dumb idea cause its monday and its way too busy, i had to keep waiting for machines. Did the usual routine, with some increase in speed. might do a harder run next time.

It usually takes me about half an hour to do weights but probably longer today. it was still packed at 8:30 at night.
