Longest ergometer session this winter, only possible by watching biathlon and xc skiing on Internet. Whole session at 90 revs with 15 mins at 70 watts; 25 mins at 80 watts; 35 mins at 90 watts; 25 mins at 100 watts; 15 mins at 90 watts; 10 mins at 80 watts.

Easy session at 85-92 revs x 75 watts, lungs better, calf niggle by end.

Steady flat run at night from Schloss in 15-20 cm snow and - 9 degrees + wind chill factor. Had to cut short as right calf was playing up again, lungs didn't sound too good either.
I'm officially pissed off with these temperatures now! And car wouldn't start today either...new car needed as well as new body...

Cycle to shops as car wouldn't start. Minus 20 C last night.
Changed to studded tyres but still hard work cycling in 15-20 cm of snow.

25 mins x 90 revs x 70 watts; 65 mins x 90-95 revs x 90 watts; 10 mins x 90 revs x 70 watts. Watching König Ludwigslauf xc skiing race on internet
