doing warm up by walking from the house to the river path, then run the length of the river path and back and then walk from the path to the house; I'm going to stop saying that I'm injured. I don't feel totally normal and when I do go running, I am super concentrated on how my hip feels and whether there is pain or not. BUT I don't really have pain when driving to work, don't really have pain when I need to sit at work or dinner, and I don't seem to have any noticable setback after doing a biking or walking/jogging session, so I am able to exercise. Now it will just be the game of slowly slowly increasing.......
