very early paper run before watching the world cup downhill at 6 am

Orienteering 47:00 [4]

was going quite good until I got to no. 9 which was in completly the wrong place, so wasted a good 5 minutes there and sort of lost all my momentum and was a bit messy for the next couple and slowed down quite a bit, then no. 15 was a bit off where it should of been, and the last control didn't work. so all in all I did ok but the course didn't.

Running 20:00 [4]

went for a quick run round the gravel roads after orienteering, felt quite energetic and was pleased that I managed to run all the way up the hill.

a little xc ride up each of the hills a couple of times and then down to the naval sports fields, nothing to intense but good fun.

Strength and conditioning 40:00 [2]

a bit before dinner at the sports fields and a bit after at home.

was going to go for a solid ride but ran out of light after spending an hour or so fixing/ trying to fix my jump bike, so ended up just playing around on by trials bike which was good fun.

felt a bit sluggish and had a 1 min break on top of north head but it was good just to get out there.
