nice 4am paper deliverys

Orienteering race 51:32 [3] **** 6.5 km (7:56 / km) +155m 7:05 / km

sundays event at auckland champs, went ok wasted a few minutes with mistakes on 4 and 13, other than that was fairly steady, legs were a bit tired.

akland champs sprint race:
goodish run, no real mistakes so can't complain

Orienteering race 57:33 [4] 4.3 mi (13:23 / mi)

middle distance:
big fuck up on no.2, wasted about 10 mins, missed it slightly then had my map upside down so that wasted a lot of time. got passed by dom and bj but then managed to pass them back and held them off for the win. Quite suprised but stoked none the less.

nice xc ride this morning 3 times up north Head, and 2 up mt Vic, good conditions and not to many people to crash into on the tracks. Should ride the xc bike more often.

bit of a shit ride way to many people on mt vic to go fast and felt a bit un motivated, maybe its exams.
