Biking (mtb O) 1:07:22 [4]

MTBO at slater Road and beyond, was quite a good race. Went in to it with a rude hangover and an hours sleep but perked up once the race got going, was quite fast apart from reading the map cause I had to hold it in my hand (mapboard broke at no. 2 ) and it got ripped up a bit, only made 1 mistake where i went up a clearing thinking it was the track , wasted about 2 mins, goodish ride all together though felt suprisingly good.

that time of year, had a small game of social touch then jumped off the wharf, (in the horizontal rain, without towels)

ride on the epx, got preddy loose in the wet conditions, was good fun

did a timed 5km run, felt alright and had quite a good time considering I was running with my self.

cut it a bit short due to the weather, but a ok session anyhow
