nice little ride with dad around the streests and bikepath, then finished with north head and mt vic, decent length ride for me.

dh out at riverhead, explored one new track then did happy ending a few times followed by bsx a couple of times. was good to be back on the dh bike after a couple of months

a few hours out at dome track building, I figure that equates to about an hour strength training

did some building of jumps followed by riding of jumps then north head and mt vic, one of the longer local rides I've done.

felt like I needed to do some more exercise so jumped on the wind trainer and did a few short intervals, was ok

Went for a play around at the bmx track was quite hard work with the strong winds but the new bike went good.

run round naval sports fields then up mt vic, did a few stair runs then ran back home.

North head and MT vic ride on the charge, was riding well on the North Head tracks just getting really loose but was quite relaxed about it. good stuff.

Strength and conditioning 40:00 [2]

didn't feel too strong today but am trying to keep up 3 weight sessions a week so persevered and felt a bit better at the end.

tennis 30:00 [3]

after dinner tennis with the olds, was quite nice having day light savings, however the tennis was a bit rusty.
