did a short road ride!!!!!!!, bayswater, north head, mt vic, stanley point, naval sports fields, home. I kind of enjoyed it, mainly just the speed factor.

finnally was able to put in a good solid run, usual loop, plus down calliope. felt fairly fit the whole way and never stopped, and legs were quite good in the sense that my feet weren't saw like they have been on the last couple of runs, and i didnt need to stretch while i was out there.

after feeling very unmotivated to do any exercise I ended up having a really good ride on the charge, was riding quite aggressively and felt super comfortable on the bike. reasonably strong too.

very average run, legs felt quite tight and stomach didn't feel to flash so cut it short. really need start warming up better.

Biking 1:10:00 [3]

xc ride, round the bike path to taka, then round barrys point rd track, over to taka beach, seaview, fort taka, north head, mt vic. felt quite strong and fit. not a bad ride, however not as much offroad as i would like due to everything being so wet.

Strength and conditioning (gym) 1:15:00 [3]

big session at the gym mainly upper body and core and a bit of stretching. Felt nice and strong, probs no gym for the next 3 weeks so figured i better have a decent session.
