Orienteering race (roagaine) 2:26:00 [4]

roagaine out at waiuku, with gene and matt. we started off quite fast, and my legs got really tight, so i had to have a bit of a stretch and rest. after this i wasn't too bad apart from twisting my right ankle 3 times, so i was hobbling around a bit for a few legs. wasn't alot of orienteering going on as all the controls were white, yellowish, only a bit of route choice involved. Was a good workout, and definately a bit quicker pace than i would have gone by my self.

trip peaks plus coastal track, cheltenham, fort taka, tip, home. nice morning for it fet good all round

ride with david, just messed around a bit on mt vic and north head, had to run my summer wheel with semi slick on the back though, so was sliding around a bit too much.

Running 53:00 [3]

standard loop, plus coastal track on north head, and down calliope to naval bridge, at the end. calfs were a bit tight, and airways were a bit blocked up for the first 20 mins or so, last 15 mins felt alot better than the rest of the run, just felt alot more effortless, and springy.

good session, felt strong

Biking 54:00 [4]

good ride on the xc bike. tip, fort taka, north head x 2, plus a few mins tunnel riding well it rained, then 3 x mt vic, along calliope a bit, until it started raining again. Was feeling quite fit, and pushed quite hard going up the hills. Also riding quite well technically on the xc bike, getting my drift on.
