oy on whites line. Went at quite a cruisy pace, and was going ok, not that fast but orienteering reasonably well, stuffed up 8 and ended up losing quite a bit of time, but once i slowed down a bit, made sense of it, had my finger over 10 so allmost got to 11 before realising my mistake, so los time there. was way right of 12, but picked up on my mistake reasonably quickly, pulled up too early on 13, then pissed around for a min or two, very silly. Quite slow through the green stripe, as i didn't want to twist my ankle. Possibly a bad route choice round the main track to 20. things went very downhill from here. wasted an outrageous amount of time on 21, considering how easy it was, very stupid mistakes. slow to 22, got really disorientated up by 23, and made a real hash of that, before checking my compass and realising my mistake. slow to 24, hesistant around 26, stuffed up 27 a bit just from not reading my map enough/properly and not spotting the depression. So yea fairly terrible run in the end especially the last third, my brain just seemed to stop working and i was running around a bit like a headless chicken. no probs with the ankle though so that was a bonus.

xc bike, round tip, fort taka, north head, but going up the top of north head i bust a spoke, wtf, never bust a spoke on those wheels in two years, and i bust one going up a hill, then when i went to go ride again, my gears just munched all up, after investigating, the end off the broken spoke had got jammed in my cluster, meaning that my freewheel wouldn't work, so i had to constanly pedal the whole way home fixie styles. then a quick transition onto the stationary bike at home for the last 15 min. a bit annoying, as i was quite enjoying it out there on the xc bike and was hoping for a reasonable length ride.

good session alot better than monday, felt strong and and moved up weights for a couple of exercises.

crappy weather and lots of uni shit, meant i left it a bit late for a proper ride so.. stationary bike at home, 5 min warm up, 3 sets of, 2 min, 1 min, 30 sec, 10 sec, 2 min, 1 min, 30 sec, 10 sec, with the same amount of easy riding following each interval, finished of with a few sets of one leg pedalling and 5 min warm down. Got a good sweat up.

started off a bit slow but alright, and was just starting to get into it when, i twisted my right angle again. so had to sort of hobble jog home. think i might just stick to the bike this week.
