morning run. usual loop with a bit extra, which seems to be turning into my normal loop.??. Tip, fort taka, cheltenham, north head, sports fields,mt cambria, mt vic, 5 x stair sprints on vic, down calliope a wee way then back home. went good, apart from bruising/ cutting my thigh a little on a rock wall while trying to avoid a puddle, other than that felt fit and strongish.
