nice longish morning run, mt vic, waterfront, north head, cheltenham, swacliff, belmont, bayswater sports fields, back round cycle track. right on 60 min. felt quite good allround

morning run. usual loop with a bit extra, which seems to be turning into my normal loop.??. Tip, fort taka, cheltenham, north head, sports fields,mt cambria, mt vic, 5 x stair sprints on vic, down calliope a wee way then back home. went good, apart from bruising/ cutting my thigh a little on a rock wall while trying to avoid a puddle, other than that felt fit and strongish.

finally got out for a proper ride on the charge, after not doing any mtb for about 2 weeks. tracks were in suprisingly good condition considering all the rain. Was riding very fuckn well, just felt really comfy riding on the edge, and did most of my usual tracks probaly the fastest i've ever done them. Also felt quite strong and was sprinting well. Very pumped on that ride, got a bit of motivation back too.

hard session today, moved up weights on a couple of things, muscles were quite tired.

stationary bike again...., was keen for a proper ride but the weather was pooz, so got on the stationary bike and watched the news. warm up, 5 x 2 min effortd, 3 x 1 min efforts, some single leg riding then a warm down. very sweaty.

nice morning for a run, couldn't face going out early, but after an hour of study needed a break, so went out. usual sort of loop, plus north head coastal, a extra loop of mt vic and mt cambria to finish. everything felt quite good, slight twinge in the shins but hardly anything. sweet

stationary bike. warm up, 3 sets of 2 min, 1 min, 30 sec, some 1 leg sets, then another effort or two, followed by a warm down.
