dh race day. had kind of average runs on the whole. good for about 90% then a couple of sections where i didn't carry any speed and lost quite alot of time.
went for a relatively easy flat run this morning as i didn't want to tire my legs before the weekend. felt quite good though, and the weather was actualy somewhat respectable which made for a nice change

core, a tiny bit arms, then some good stretching. just taking it easy before the race this weekend
standardish loop, plus north head coastal track and mt cambria. felt a little sluggish and had to stop twice for a quick stretch, pretty sick of this wind
fairly standard devo ride on the charge, a bit slippery and wet. was riding ok but nothing special. did an awesome big accidental feet up drift on some concrete, other than that nothing special, but still nice to get out there
nice solid session at the gym today, felt quite good

solid long run this evening. usual loop, then down calliope to naval sports fields and home. a few little aches for the first 20 mins but then they dissapeared and i felt quite good.
