longish run. cycle track, track behind barrys point rd, through taka, taka beach tgs, seacliff, nazza, tip, home. felt alright, at the start then after 25 mins, felt really good. at about 55 min felt crap and had to walk for a bit, toilet stop at nazza, then good for the last 10 min home. so yea... would of been a bit better with out the walk to toilet stop section, but other than that enjoyed it, nice loop, might have to do it more often.

good long session at the gym, did a bit of everything and felt quite strong the whole time

north head and mt vic a couple of times. very windy and slightly slick on the grass. felt a bit light headed for the first half hour for some reason. record speeds on the mt vic track with a big tailwind

standard sort of loop in reverse. legs were a little tight, and i felt a little flat. a nice morning for a run though

nice run round the usual sort of loop, lovely weather. pushed quite hard due to all the people out there, haha and felt pretty good apart from slightly tight calfs. sweaty though

felt obliged to make use of day light savings so just went out fr a really quick spin on the charge after dinner. north head and mt vic. felt alright but my roller on the chainguide needed a lube and squealed the whole time, and i bust another bloody spoke, time to change back to the other wheelset. anyhow was and ok ride, loving daylight savings
