about 8 mini dh runs at riverhead, and a bit of flattish stuff too. won the race :0, was quite tiring for a 1.33 track, lots of sprinting.

quickish session at the gym this morning, quality though, felt quite good really

jog round domain, some running drills with Gene, Imogen, Anna and Laura, then 7 hill reps, which were quite good, nother little jog round and back to uni with Gene to finish. Drills were quite good, I will probably try to include a little session of these each week, even if its only 10 mins or so.

usual little devo loop, felt good for first 30 mins then calfs started to get a bit tight, so stopped a couple of times to stretch, not too bad though.

summer series at the domain was pretty slow in the technical stuff and struggled to see the little controls a couple of times even though I was right by them. Had a bit of a upset tummy so just kind of cruised round, and didn't really push hard at all.
